Boku expects strong FY growth, agrees new partnership with Global Data Consortium

Thursday 14 January 2021 | 14:10 CET | News
Mobile payments platform Boku said it experienced strong growth last year, and that it expects full-year revenues up at least 20 percent year-on-year to USD 56.3 million and adjusted EBITDA more than doubling to at least USD 15 million from 7.4 million. Growth was driven by direct Carrier billing launches that last year included Apple, Epic Games, Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Sony, Spotify and Tencent. The company also cited encouraging progress made in adding e-wallets to the Boku payments platform, primarily in Asia.
