Boku launches carrier billing for new Windows Store

Direct carrier billing mobile payments company Boku has announced an expanded agreement with Microsoft, bringing Boku direct carrier billing to the new Windows Store for the first time. Consumers will be able to use their mobile phone numbers to add their mobile operator account as a payment option when making a purchase of apps, games, music and more. Boku writes that this is the first time carrier billing will be offered as a payment option on the full range of Windows 10 devices. The first carriers to sign up are Sprint and Swisscom.
