Monday 25 April 2016 | 10:55 CET | News
The director of Bolivia's Authority for the Regulation and Control of Telecommunications and Transport (ATT), Cesar Borth, expects that number portability will be introduced by November, allowing mobile phone users to change operator while keeping the same number. The potential suppliers of the administrative database have submitted their proposals to the ATT, which will award the contract. Four companies are in the running: Systor International, Ictec - Mediafon Datapro, Comtec and Porting Access.
