Bolivia satellite Tupac Katari moved to China launch centre

Bolivia's first satellite, dubbed Tupac Katari, has entered the final stage and is now being prepared for launch, Cambio reports. The satellite has been moved to the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre in the Sichuan province of China, from where it will be launched on 20 December. According to Ivan Zambrana, director of Bolivia's Space Agency ABE, around 400 people are working at the Xichang facility to prepare the Tupac Katari satellite for launch.
