Bolivia's Authority for the Regulation and Control of Telecommunications and Transport (ATT) has fined the country's telecoms operators Entel, Tigo (Millicom) and Viva (Nuevatel) BOB 31 million (around USD 4.5 million) each for a number of service issues corresponding to 2015.
