Bolivia's Entel launches m-payment service

Bolivian state-owned operator Entel has finally launched its mobile payment service to compete with those of rivals Viva and Tigo (Millicom), reports local daily Pagina Siete. The Entel Financiera app can be downloaded by the company's 5 million mobile customers via Google Play and already offers basic operations such as account payments, withdrawals and transfers, with store payments to be rolled out soon.
