Box acquires SignRequest to add e-signature function to cloud content platform

Box, global cloud content management platform provider, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire cloud-based electronic signature company SignRequest. Box has also announced plans to launch a new service called Box Sign based on SignRequest's technology.
