Brazil ends November with 173,000 fewer fixed lines

Brazil ended the month of November 2016 with 42 million fixed telephone lines, down by 173,777 lines or 0.41 percent on the previous month. Compared with November 2015, the reduction was even greater at 1.83 million lines or a decrease of 4.18 percent, according to the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel).
