Brazil fixed broadband complaints rise 32% in latter half of March

The quarantine caused by the coronavirus pandemic led to a 32 percent increase in complaints about fixed broadband services between the first and second halves of March, Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) told O Globo. The total number of customer complaints went to 36,500 in the second half, from 27,700 in the first fortnight.
