Brazil inaugurates first Digital City in South region

Brazil's Ministry of Communications announced that the city of Sao Miguel das Missaes in the state of Rio Grande do Sul has been included in its Digital Cities program, which aims to increase access to public services and promote the development of Brazilian municipalities through the use of technology.
