Wednesday 1 April 2015 | 11:39 CET | News
Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has launched a public consultation to discuss the regulation of net neutrality. The purpose of the consultation, which runs until 4 May, is receiving market contributions to help the agency formulate a position on the matter. Network neutrality provides that all internet users are treated equally, without benefit or limitation to specific customers or services.
