Brazil publishes preliminary 5G tests report

Friday 27 August 2021 | 17:06 CET | News
Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) and the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development (ABDI) have released the preliminary results of the Open Lab 5G WEG-V2COM project, comparing 5G and Wi-Fi. For the study, two scenarios were used, one with a hybrid model, using capacity from the provider's network in 3,500 to 3,600 MHz band, and a second with a totally autonomous private network in 3,700 to 3,800 MHz, both with 100 MHz channel width.
