Brazil sees 28% drop in telecom complaints in May

The number of complaints from users of telecom services in Brazil fell by 28.4 percent in May compared to a year earlier, according to data from Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). A total of 190,592 complaints were registered, down on the 266,084 complaints recorded in May 2020.
