Brazil to implement new telecom monitoring indicators from 2022

Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) will implement new monitoring indicators for the telecommunications market from the first half of 2022. Three new indicators will be added, two measuring consumer satisfaction with fixed broadband and mobile telephony services, and the third monitoring open dissemination of information about the sector.
