Brazil updates regulations for 3.5 GHz and 26 GHz bands

Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) published a new regulation that change the rules for the attribution of radio frequency bands for telecommunications services. The 3.5 GHz band has been assigned to mobile telephony, fixed broadband, fixed telephony and private networks with a limited service. This band, together with the 26 GHz band, will be offered on the 5G auction, scheduled for the first half of this year.
