Brazilian consumer electronic companies to collect waste

Eleven electronics manufacturers operating in Brazil have joined forces to create Green Eletron, with the goal of fulfilling the National Policy on Solid Waste, reports Valor Economico. From 2018, the industry will have to collect annually 17 percent of the weight of all products sold in the previous year.
