Brazilian Court maintains suspension of Telebras-Viasat deal

The Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region decided to maintain the suspension of the agreement between Brazilian state-owned company Telebras and US company Viasat, reports Folha de Sao Paulo. Under the terms of the agreement, Viasat would distribute all the civil broadband capacity on Brazilian satellite SGDC.
