Brazilian-made mobile phones to come with FM radio

Brazil's Communications Minister Fabio Faria said that mobile phones produced in the country will come with FM radio installed, reports Telesintese. He added that the FM radio will be free of charge, and listeners will not have to use Wi-Fi or data plans to tune in. The installation of FM radio is an old request by broadcasters and the bill to introduce it has been at a standstill since December 2019 in Parliament.
