Brazilian operators voice concern at end of Brazil-Chile roaming fees

The Brazilian Association of Telecommunications Operators (Conexis Brasil Digital) has expressed concern following the approval, by the House of Representatives, of an agreement that eliminates international roaming charges between Chile and Brazil, reports Teletime. According to Conexis, telecom companies believe that the change in the rule could generate additional costs for all telecom consumers, especially those who do not travel abroad.
