Brazilian postpaid mobile subscribers most satisfied telecoms clients in 2020

For the fourth consecutive year, postpaid mobile telephony users in Brazil are the most satisfied with their providers, according to a survey conducted by the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). The service scored 7.49 out of 10 in terms of overall satisfaction. Second is prepaid mobile telephony at 7.45, followed by fixed telephony (7.36), pay-TV (7.17) and fixed broadband (6.51).
