Brazilian regulator approves TIM investment plan

Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has unanimously approved TIM Brasil's Conduct Adjustment Term, the operator announced. In exchange for not paying BRL 627 million in fines, TIM Brasil has committed itself to improving customer experience, quality and infrastructure, including improvements in the licensing process of base stations, efficient use of numbering resources, evolution of digital care channels, reducing complaint rates, and strengthening transport and access networks. In addition, TIM Brasil has promised to bring mobile broadband through the 4G network to 366
