Brazilian satellite operators start legal action over C-band indemnity

The Association of Brazilian Satellite Operators (Sindisat) filed a lawsuit in the Federal Court of Brasilia over compensation for investments made in operating in the C-band frequencies (3,625 MHz to 3,700 MHz), reports Teletime.
