Brazilian telegraph pole reorganisation to cost BRL 20 billion

Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) estimates that introducing order to the use of telegraph poles would cost more than BRL 20 billion. This would involve the reorganisation in 1,400 cities of poles used by telecommunications providers and the establishment of a neutral infrastructure network operator with responsibility for managing occupation of the poles.
