Brazil's Oi looking to sell mobile unit to Telefonica or Telecom Italia - report

The aim is to use the funds to continue expanding an FTTH broadband network that currently reaches over 360,000 kilometers and is used by other operators, said the report. Two other sources indicated that Oi is also in preliminary talks with AT&T and an unnamed Chinese company over the sale.
