Brazil's Vero Internet buys Empire Telecom

Brazilian regional ISP Vero Internet has announced the acquisition of Empire Telecom, a provider of telecom services in 12 cities in the states of Santa Catarina and Parana, reports Telesintese. The integration of Empire Telecom should be completed during the first half of 2021 and will enable Vero Internet to increase its customer base to over 371,000 users and serve 105 cities.
