Brennercom spins off dark fibre, certain assets as Infranet

Brennercom has announced that it is spinning off its dark fibre and certain assets into a new company, in connection with the departure of its public shareholders at the end of the year. A shareholder general meeting on 28 September voted to approve the division of the business. The dark fibre, office building and certain business resources will transfer to a new company called Infranet AG. Only the passive network in southern Tyrol is affected, with everything else remaining in the hands of Brennercom.
