Brits sleep deprived by checking phones during the night

New research released by Vodafone UK shows that over 18 million Brits wake up each night to send e-mails or texts. The research was commissioned by Vodafone to mark the nationwide launch of Vodafone Broadband. It found that Brits find it hard to switch off when it's time for bed, and to get other family members to put down their digital devices, with almost 1 in 3 (28%) unable to resist checking their texts or e-mails during the night. The new Vodafone broadband service allows customers to switch off their Wi-Fi at a time of their choice, to help families switch off before bed. The research
