BT adds Chromecast, offline file access to cloud backup

BT UK has updated its cloud storage and backup service with support for Google Chomecast, with offline support for music and document files, reports TechWeek Europe.  The updated app is available on Android, iOS, PC Mac and Windows and supports BT Cloud, a service included in every consumer broadband bundle offering 5 GB or 50 GB of storage, depending on the package.  By setting files to be available offline, it can be used to edit documents, listen to music and watch videos even when a device is not connected to a mobile or wireless network.
