BT appoints new chief brand officer

BT has appointed Zaid Al-Qassab as chief brand officer. He joins BT after spending over 20 years in the consumer brand and marketing industry, mostly at Procter & Gamble. Al-Qassab's last job at the group was as managing director of the beauty and grooming division in the UK and Ireland, working with brands such as Olay, Max Factor, Clairol, Wella and Gillette. More recently Al-Qassab was chief marketing officer of  HouseTrip, an internet start-up, which was awarded CoolBrands status in 2014.
