BT brings sport channels to YouTube, EE users

BT has announced plans to brings its BT Sport channels to millions of additional sports fans through social media, mobile and digital TV. It has agreed a deal with YouTube to stream the Freeview BT Sport Showcase channel on the digital platform for both the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League finals. In addition, BT Group subsidiary EE will launch a new offer to offer BT Sport to customers, initially targeting those on 4GEE pay monthly mobile plans, in time for the start of the next football season. Details and pricing will be announced in summer 2016.
