BT Mobile, 3 UK benefit most from mobile switchers - YouGov

The latest research from YouGov shows that mobile network operators (MNOs) in the UK are losing more switchers than they are adding. The new report that around 1 in 8 (12%) UK mobile phone users switched provider in the past 12 months, equal to 5.6 million adults. The average cost of a mobile tariff was GBP 17.83 before switching and GBP 16.13 per month after.
