BT Q4 revenue up 22%, adds 214,000 fibre customers

BT Group has reported revenue of GBP 5.65 billion for its fourth quarter ending 31 March, up 22 percent year-on-year, with EBITDA up 14 percent to GBP 2.08 billion (including GBP 261 million from EE). For the full-year, revenue was up 6 percent to GBP 18.91 billion, with EBITDA up 5 percent to GBP 6.58 billion. Adjusted profit before tax was up 11 percent in Q4 to GBP 1.14 billion, and up 9 percent in the year to GBP 3.47 billion. Openreach achieved 415,000 fibre broadband net additions in Q4, with other service providers connecting 48 percent of these. BT and EE had a combined broadband net
