BT selects Brite:Bill to upgrade billing platform

BT Group has selected Amdocs company Brite:Bill as its billing communications platform provider. This will allow BT to provide customers with personalised, interactive invoices, delivered through the channel of their choice. BT will roll out billing across the Brite:Bill platform in stages across all customer channels (print, mobile and online).
