BT Sport has signed a new deal with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) to show 52 live tournaments a year, an increase of 30 events a year on top of the existing deal. BT Sport will also have the digital rights to broadcast tennis clips and WTA content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. The new deal comes into force from January 2017 and continues to include the four leading Premier WTA tournaments in Indian Wells, Miami, Madrid and Beijing, along with the season-end WTA Finals in Singapore.
