BT to invest, build capacity in Asia-Pacific

BT has put together an investment plan for the Asia-Pacific region, in order to "capture the dynamic business opportunities available in the fast-growing region." Under the plan, BT wants to build scale, reach and capability to continue delivering high performance networked IT services consistently and seamlessly. BT sees the addressable market for its services in Asia Pacific at around GBP 8 billion, with annual growth rates at 6 percent. BT is recruiting up to 300 people being recruited in the region.
