BT using Huawei equipment for G.fast trial

Huawei announced that it supplied G.fast equipment to BT for the UK's recently announced first large-scale customer trial of the technology in Huntingdon. The manufacturer provided a headend optical line terminal, G.fast terminal, network management system and remote power solution. In October 2013, Huawei collaborated with BT to launch the world's first G.fast pre-standard field trial.
