BTRC asks operators to block 3 IGWs for not paying levy

The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has directed mobile operators to block of all call traffic of three international gateways (IGWs) that failed to pay the revenue sharing levy to the regulator for the first quarter. The IGWs in question are Digicon, Kay and Vision, according to a letter from the BTRC to the operators. Earlier, the BTRC had asked operators to block call traffic from Ratul for the same reason.
