Bulgaria to issue more fixed wireless licences

Bulgaria's Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) plans to issue fixed wireless, point-to-multipoint licences in the 26GHz frequency range in blocks of 700 MHz. Each block contains 25 channels of 28 MHz bandwidth. The regulator has invited interested parties to submit applications by 19 June. It already awarded four licences in the 3.4GHz-3.6GHz range following an October 2005 auction.
