Bulgaria's Consumer Protection body to investigate M-Tel

Bulgarian mobile operator M-Tel announced it will fully cooperate with Bulgaria's Commission for Consumer Protection during an upcoming inspection. The investigation was triggered by complaints received from M-Tel customers regarding problems with the operator's billing processes. According to the operator, a number of problems showed up as it has recently deployed a new customer relations management (CRM) platform. M-Tel says a large part of these issues have already been resolved. The operator has issued the first invoices for the month of September 2010 using its new CRM platform.
