Bull, Gras Savoye to offer cyber-security service, insurance

French IT services group Bull and insurance company Gras Savoye have signed an agreement to jointly offer a solution combining services, cyber-security software and an insurance package to businesses in France. By next year, EU Data protection legislation will force companies to report any cyber-attack and to set up information processes with 24 hours. Under France's military programming law, the national information systems security agency, ANSSI, may also require operators of vital importance to put in place security measures and controls to protect their most critical information systems.
