Bull, IZP Technologies to work on Smart Cities in China

French IT services group Bull has signed an agreement with China's IZP Technologies to implement smart cities solutions in China. IZP Technologies is a private company that is developing Big Data analysis tools for China's three major telecom operators. Bull writes that it was chosen by IZP due to its successful smart cities projects in France and across Europe, including projects related to environmental management, water distribution management and intelligent transport systems.
