Business Centre Club backs wholesale broadband deregulation

The organisation Business Centre Club (BCC) supports the gradual deregulation of the Polish wholesale market for broadband access, following the draft decision by regulator UKE, which has been submitted for public consultation, reports Rpkom.pl. UKE has specified a list of places where competition is efficient and no regulation is necessary. In other cities, UKE has identified Orange Poland as an operator with significant market power (SMP).
