CA hunts for system to monitor network quality

Kenya's telecommunications sector is inching closer to tougher oversight after the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) began searching for a company to implement a new monitoring system. In a notice published in the dailies, the regulator said it was in the market for a company to supply, deliver and install a quality of service (QoS) monitoring system.
