Cable Network Egypt renews agreement with BeIN

Qatar-based broadcasting firm BeIN Sports has restarted airing its linear TV channels in Egypt, one day after the network went off air following a disagreement with cable operator Cable Egypt (CNE). An agreement has been reached after lengthy negotiations between CNE and BeIN to offer football fans in Egypt the opportunity to watch events for which the broadcaster holds exclusive MENA rights.
