Cablevision Argentina picks Minerva tech for new TV services

Connected entertainment software provider Minerva Networks announced a contract to supply its Minerva 10 platform to Argentinian pay-TV and broadband company Cablevision. The platform will be used to power the new Cablevision Flow suite of advanced television services, with subscribers able to access on-demand content via mobile phones, tablets and personal computers in addition to the linear service. Subscribers can start watching a show on one device, and seamlessly continue watching it on a different device, said Minerva. The platform's embedded recommendation engine also facilitates
