Cablevision Argentina to use CSG field optimisation tech

CSG International has announced a contract to provide Argentinian pay-TV and broadband provider Cablevision with its Workforce Express field force management platform. The product automates the operator's field technician scheduling and dispatch processes, enabling optimised routing of technicians and allowing them to input information about each job via mobile devices. CSQ said the platform will be hosted in Cablevision's Buenos Aries data centre, with IBM and CSG acting as the operator's business partner and solution integrator, responsible for project management services, client support
