Caleta fully takes over OBN

AMC Networks International-Central and Northern Europe (CNE) said it has reached an agreement with minority shareholder Ivan Caleta regarding the sale of the majority share in FTA national channel OBN Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports Indikator. Based on the agreement, Caleta will take an 85 percent stake of OBN from AMCNI-CNE, and so becoming the 100 percent owner of the channel.
