Calix launches Calix Marketing Cloud platform

Calix released Calix Marketing Cloud (CMC), a new Calix Cloud platform that is built to provide a deep understanding of the subscriber by aggregating behavioural data.

Its behavioural filters enable marketers to create actionable lists of target subscribers extracted directly from back-office systems. These lists are then loaded into context-rich marketing campaigns to impact key business objectives, such as increasing ARPU or reducing churn. CMC delivers the critical behavioural information service provider marketers need, including subscriber insights, customer segmentation and targeted campaigns.
