Cambium Networks launches first commercial CBRS services

Cambium Networks launched commercial access to Citizens Broadband Radio Services (CBRS), after the FCC confirmed the opening up of 150 MHz of 3.5 GHz band spectrum for broadband services in the US. Cambium Networks provides an outdoor fixed wireless broadband platform incorporating the cnMedusa MU-MIMO technology for developing CBRS services, and Ohio regional operator Amplex Internet is among the first to deploy the system.
