Cameroon selects CAMIX for national IXP rollout starting in Yaounde and Douala

Cameroon Internet Exchange Point (CAMIX) has been contracted to deploy internet exchange points across the country, beginning in Yaounde and Douala, ITWeb reported. Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Minette Libom Li Likeng handed over an exploitation licence on 27 October to CAMIX executives, led by company president Olivier Leloustre.
